Cheech and Chong Bears

I was sitting at a stop sign waiting for it to turn green, when it was pointed out to me that these loveable stoners would make the best bears for other lovable stoners. I know it’s probably considered lacklustre parenting now, but I grew up watching Cheech and Chong movies at the drive ins, and on late night TV, and listening to their albums on vinyl, and not because I was a hipster baby, everyone listened to records back then, unless they were in a car listening to an 8 track player, smoking with the windows up and the seat belts cut out.

Their comedy didn’t make me into the stoner I am today, but the stoner in me finds them even funnier today. They were avante guard, in a time when cannabis was called weed, and weed was called dope and everyone who smoked it instantly became a doped out stoner, man.
