Cartel Couture Bag Sets
Inspired by Sherry’s love of couture and our recent need to carry our entire lives around with us everywhere we go, our latest creation are these fun and stylish Cartel Couture Bag sets. They’re made from neoprene, which Sherry tells me is Mugatu level hot right now, and they have faux leather straps for our vegan cubs. They come in an assortment of cute patterns that allow you to be true to your inner Deadhead while still maintaining an appearance of respectability to the norms you work with. They have a zipper to keep all your secrets safe from prying eyes or just to keep you from losing your shit on the roller coaster that is life. And they’re big enough so that all your important crap conveniently settles to the bottom. They have an inside zippy pocket for handy access to all those stickers you’re probably still carrying around to hand out randomly, or is that just me? The wallet is PU leather, which I think means not even vegans would pretend it’s leather. It zips around 3 sides, it’s got slots to hold your cards or id, a zipper part for change, and a section you can open and say, “See, that’s where my money would go if I wasn’t addicted to concerts”. The purse size is about 11.5 x 15 inches, and the wallet size is about 4 x 7-and-some-fraction inches. When are you going to learn metric? It’s so much easier, and it just makes sense, stop being so stubborn!
The patterns currently available are labeled with letters, but they don’t let that define them.
(A) is that killer Sugar Magnolia Bears pattern on black (it’s so hot right now)
(B) is a pattern Sherry has been asking me to make forever, an homage to the classic Gucci bag with our darling Johnny bear thrown in and DC for Dead and Company
(C) is a sweet cannabis leaf pattern I made for my weed loving daughter Chloe
(D) we’re calling Blue Steel, it’s the cool blue version of the bohemian red orange and gold wrap skirt we love so much.
(E) is a popular Billy print in a deep red, chosen by our beloved Romilda and is unavailable to mere mortals, sorry.
(F) is all the hot pinks and purples dripping and melting on Johnny as he looks in a funhouse mirror. It’s trippy and chic.
(G) is the blue Damask Johnny’s that you’ve seen me carrying since summer tour and have been asking for ever since.
