Anyine who spent any time on the ‘Street growing up should remember Lefty. He pops up when you least expect him, pushing the good stuff he knows you’re craving. When he’s not selling number and letters on Seasame Street, he’s out hustling pins on the lot. Anyone else just starting to realize that he was our first introduction to dealers? Maybe I’ve always been a tad disappointed that my guy doesn’t have a trenchcoat, a fedora hiding shifty eyes, and say ‘Pssst!’ nearly often enough.
