I have to tell you, I was so excited when they finally called the election for Joe Biden, I jumped out of bed like Willa Wonka’s Uncle Joe and danced around the room like I’d been cured of decades of disease and decay. It’s felt like decades, hasn’t it? And this last year felt like at least 4, so I couldn’t wait to draw this Joe Bear. I finally feel like it’s going to start getting better now, praise Jerry!
