Rise for the River Sticker

Hey Now! Let’s see if we can raise a couple of extra bucks for the cause, ‘cause we can’t all be there. The cause being the flooding of the Yellowstone River, which caused a lot of damage and displaced more than just Yogi Bear and Boo-Boo. Little know fact; just like the name of Yellowstone Park was fictionalized to Jellistone Park, Ranger Smith’s real name was not actually John Smith!!! Shocking, I know, because who could make up a name like John Smith, right? Apparently it was done to protect his identity when he was relocated by the Parks branch of the FBI after the long, drawn out stalking and harassment case they had built up against the real bears, whose names were actually Yoghurt (because of his propensity to kill picnickers for their semi-solid dairy products), and Boom Boom, (who was just known to be gassy). That’s why they were always alluding to him being Smarter than the Average Bear, he was a criminal mastermind the FBI have been hunting ever since, like DB Cooper, (also misnamed, do you see the pattern here, hmmmm….). Some say the flooding was secretly planned to flush old Yogi and Boo-Boo out for good, but those are the probably the same people who tell you birds aren’t real, so “Don’t believe everything you read on the Internet” - Gandhi.

The real cause:

John Mayer has announced three live events to benefit relief efforts following the June 13th historic flooding of Montana’s Yellowstone River, which damaged homes and closed parts of Yellowstone National Park.

Proceeds from the concerts will be donated to a new fund, the Southwest Montana Flood Relief Fund - Serving Park County, which has been created to support communities affected by the severe flooding in Park County. The funding will provide support for immediate needs like emergency shelter, drinking water, food, clothing, food replacement from lost freezers and refrigerators, and will also help with clean-up and rebuilding efforts.

This sticker is for the first event, on August 8, 2022. It’s possible there may be stickers for the other two events too, you know us, we like things to be complete sets. Proceeds from the sticker will go to the same fund mentioned above.

Stickers are $5 each, and we’ll be cool and throw in the stamp. This is a pre-order, the stickers will be here by the end of the week, and oh, this is also a limited edition, limited time thing, so, you know, you were warned.
